Love the historic nature of the hotel, and carrying out that decor in the rooms and it's proximity to other things in the downtown area. The breakfast was adequate, yet not exceptionally accomodating for someone on a gluten free diet.

Excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff. Beautiful building and location. Super clean. Nice to have cold water, lemonade, tea and coffee available for free in the lobby.

This is an absolute gem of place in the town of Mt Vernon. Staff was awesome, love the building and location right across the town center. I was actually proud of myself for picking this place to stay for the night!
