The hotel was excellent but the check in was a nightmare. Make sure that you know which block you are in as there are many.

The host is amazing. Very easy to deal with. However you must contact the host before arrival with your ETA. That way, you will know which building to be dropped off at. Also send your id information before arrival for all guests so that entrance passes can be organised before you arrive. This will make the check in process very easy. Very happy that there are plenty food options at the SM Mall a short walk away.
Only a 30 minute Grab to BGC.
Only a 30 minute Grab to the airport.
I will return.
