Quintessa Hotel Tokyo Ginza

Laundry & microwave are ready to use in lobby, the room is quite small but okay for 2 person in the middle of Ginza.

The rooms are very small, and housekeeping is limited they only change the towels and take out the trash. However, the staff is very attentive and friendly.

Employees were nice and rooms were very clean. Trash and towels are replaced everyday and bed is done if you leave a flyer on it. No breakfast, and while washer is good, dryer needs to be used 2-3x depending on load size. But overall good experience

We really enjoyed our stay at Quintessa Hotel Tokyo Ginza and would happily stay here again. The location is fantastic. From Haneda Airport, the train takes about 40–45 minutes, and the station is just a 3-minute walk from the hotel. Tokyo Station is also very close. The hotel is in Ginza, surrounded by shops, cafés, and restaurants ranging from affordable to luxury. Hibiya Park and the Imperial Palace are nearby as well, and the whole area is wonderful for walking. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. Our room had everything we needed, including slippers and bathrobes. The lobby always has complimentary coffee, tea, water, and useful personal-care items. There are also washing and drying machines and a microwave. We especially liked the café on the first floor, open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with free Wi-Fi. You can choose and pay for breakfast at the hotel, and lunch or dinner are also available. We loved the atmosphere — there were always local Japanese people stopping in before work or meeting after work, which made it feel very welcoming and authentic. A great hotel in a great location. We would definitely come back!
