Great location for me gardens and the amazing staff really made our stay special. We forgot something in the room and they kept it in the fridge until we could get back the next day.

A great little find, rooms are clean, well decorated and staff are attentive and friendly. The communal hallways could do with a little maintenance, but the rooms are lovely and by FAR exceeded expectations of 3 star accommodation. Parking is also free which is hard to come by! Would certainly recommend and stay again :)

Excellent location, comfortable bed, bedroom and bathroom a bit tired with mould on walls in the shower. Great for parking.

Check in staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean. We booked dinner for two nights which was very good. We felt the choice for the Buffett breakfast was a bit limiting - no fruit other than bananas - and some of the bread was unsuitable for toasting.
We felt that an extra member of breakfast staff would be useful to keep food areas replenished and clean
