The staff at Sandos Cancun was amazing. Their response time to our wants was fast. We loved the pools, the beach view, and our couples massage. Plenty of activities and entertainment at the resort made our experience awesome!

Certainly an amazong find. How ever the entertainment lead guy josh was a little aggressive with how he did everythign he needs to calm down ans remember everyone else is on holidays trying to relax not be super competitive

This hotel was great. The employees there go above and beyond and they make the experience even better. The room was very clean and spacious. We had a view of the ocean and the city from our balcony. Great view. The pools were the best part for me. Water was crystal clear and very clean. They were also never overcrowded because there’s 3 decent size pools which was very nice. The food was also great. The Italian restaurant was especially good. We also loved our waiter Alan. Overall this was a great vacation spot and I plan to go back.
