Great hotel. In the city centre so most things were walkable to. The staff were very helpful with recommendations for where to visit and restaurants

Beautiful hotel! The staff were incredibly sweet and helpful, the location was fantastic, and the property has such a unique charm. The only minor downside was that the shower floor was quite slippery, so it’s something to be mindful of. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

The best customer service I have had anywhere in Europe, they actually anticipate needs, are very helpful and friendly!
When we mentioned that we would have to get a taxi at 4AM, they said no problem happy to give you a wake-up call and bring you coffee :) we said yes to the coffee and it was excellent.
