This is a very nice hotel with a beautiful view. The staff is always nice. We had stayed here Labor Day weekend and had left an item in our room. Realized it a little while after checking out. We called them and they said they could hold it for us. We stayed there again this past weekend while on a color tour. When we checked in, we asked about it and she was the same person we had previously talked to and remembered our conversation and quickly grabbed our item and returned it to us.
