The room was perfect for our family of 3. While it was very hot and there is no AC the window in the evening with a fan helped a bit. Out of the main area but a short walk. Excellent fresh breakfast options.

Excellent room, staff, service, food, cleanliness, wonderful extras, good parking. The best B&B, we have come across in England!

Had a two night stay and was very happy with my choice. The superior double room was great. Excellent bathroom. Homemade biscuits in room which I thought was a lovely touch. The breakfast was excellent - couldn’t fault it. Homemade jams/marmalades. I would definitely stay there again !

This lovely b&b, is spotless and so beautifully presented! Paul and Fiona are the nicest hosts, the breakfast was amazing, the room was clean, and we highly recommend staying here! Just a short 10min walk into the city; a perfect stay!
