Balcony was amazing.

Upon checking in I handed my ID to the front desk employee and then ran my credit card for incidentals. I was surprised I was then charged $1500 for the 5 days I reserved through Expedia and already paid for. I explained to the front desk employee I had already paid through Expedia but she was adamant I did not pay and made no other attempt to confirm that I had. Thankfully I had brought my reservation paperwork where another employee had to intervene and correct the issue.
The overall cleanliness of the hotel and room was nice, but on two different nights I seen cockroaches by the bar on the 2nd floor
