Location is very good, the only issue in the area is parking.
At this season there are way too many cars.

Hotel Regent has a great location. I arrived by train, and it was just across the station. I could also walk to the beach and other parts of town. Check-in was professional and friendly, and the front desk employee gave me useful advice on the local travel situation. I liked the clean and spacious room. Breakfast was very delicious.
