Rooms were clean and tidy, cleaning staff were very friendly, food at breakfast was fresh and delicious. Room service was also good. `Only down side was my fries were cold but I got to know food in Addis are not usually hot. No complaints at all..

Everything was excellent; the staff is so friendly. Breakfast is good with a wonderful view of the city.
Only minor issue: the driver for the airport pickup service delayed around 30 minutes to pick me up.
