We stayed in 3 different cities, in 3 different hotels and it was our favorite here. The check in person was so welcoming and patient with us as we only spoke English but she did great helping us. I would go back again to this specific hotel as it was all around perfect. It was clean and the staff was wonderful. Also close by was the market where you can shop and eat and it was all walking distance.

Was in a good location walking distance to the Gion district. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Lots of restaurants a short walk away.

Our family of 2 adults and 2 teens enjoyed our 2 night stay. Walkable to some popular attractions and train stations. Nice staff. Clean but small room. Quiet - couldn't hear any other guests. Small fridge (no freezer) wasn't working, but they brought another one quickly. Luggage storage before check in was helpful.
