I spent two weeks at this hotel and found that it exceeded my expectations. It was clean and very well run. Breakfast was good with a fair range of choice both hot and cold. As for some past comments about the personal safety in that area, I cannot say that at any time did I feel threatened or unsure about moving about town day or night. The hotel is easy walking distance to all necessary things such as metro rail system, centre of the city, banks and tourist info centre.
I would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone who does not want to pay a fortune but gets looked after. There may be some people that do not like noisy air conditioners, but myself personally, I think they are great for blocking out any unwanted street noise.
