The staff was pleasant and helpful. I loved the breakfast selections. The Kale smoothie was the best. The shuttle to Shinagawa station was helpful too. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location next to two train stations and they provide a shuttle to Shinagawa station too. The free breakfast was good and there are small restaurants in the area.
