The staff was very rude. We called to ask about early check-in, and I was told it was possible, subject to availability, but when we got there, I asked again if we could check in early. He said no, which was fine, but I asked if there was a waiting list, and he told me no. An hour later, I found out there was a list you could put your name on. So I sent my husband (white) to the same staff. He gave him the paper to write his name on.
