After a very disappointing experience at another hotel, we returned to Hotel Nova Domus Aurelia for the remainder of our trip—and it was the best decision we could have made.
From the moment we came back, the difference was clear. The staff were consistently professional, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel genuinely cared for as guests. The hotel itself was clean, well maintained, and comfortable, with amenities that were in excellent condition.
Most importantly, we were able to rest properly and enjoy the remainder of our visit without stress or disruption. It provided exactly what a good hotel should: reliability, comfort, and peace of mind.
We are very grateful for the quality of service and would not hesitate to stay here again on future visits.

The staff was incredibly helpful, gave us directions, suggestions of places to go and best transportation available. Arranged for a taxi to take us to the train station. Bartender was very sweet as well. Great group of people that work with.
