We had a wonderful stay at Hoshinoya Tokyo. The location is incredibly convenient, as you can easily walk to both Otemachi Station and Tokyo Station through the underground passageways.
The staff were exceptional. They were always attentive, prompt, and professional, and they were especially kind and welcoming to our child, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The onsen on the 17th floor was a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. It was peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained.
We also loved the guest lounges on every floor. They were comfortable places to unwind, and the complimentary drinks and snacks were a thoughtful touch.
Overall, Hoshinoya Tokyo exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again.

Our third visit and never fails to indulge or rejuvenate us. The onsen is always a treat after a long day of sightseeing and the lounge space is a beautiful, private space to sit back and read, drink tea and appreciate the design of the property. The staff are always the best, too.
