This hotel truly impressed me! Traveling with a toddler had me worried, but the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

The large family room was an incredible size! Perfect for a family of 4. Modern and chic! Having an outdoor pool at the hotel was a huge plus.
The valet, lobby abd check-in staff were INCREDIBLE. Friendly and attentive. The hotel location is A+ and truly a unique property.
The areas for improvement: the restaurant staff seemed to need more training and service confidence. The restaurant service was a little awkward. The patio was also lacking some pizzazz. The gym is minuscule and was very hard to find even with signs (I would never assume it is inside the private spa while the spa is closed). Some of the hallways and pool areas could use some TLC and added maintenance.
But overall A+ and I would go back!

I really loved my stay here. The staff was very friendly. Only thing I’d say is the breakfast is a little pricey and the spa amenities should be available all the time.
