The property is in a good location, everything was good, but we suggested add more illumination in the room, add champu in the bathroom and the inconvenience to carry out the baggage 3 floors.

Love this hotel. AMAZING location. Extremely responsive, kind and helpful staff. I highly recommend staying here and if I was to come back to Porto I would totally book this. You are literally in the heart of the town BUT it is so quiet too. Love that the breakfast is included as well. It was so great! Thank you Mariana and Maria!

The room was great with beautiful views of the city. It was not very large but made good use of the space for suitcase unpacking, etc. The bed was comfortable. What was best about this place was the service provided by Mariana and the staff. She sent detailed instructions for check in, answered every question promptly, and prepared amazing breakfasts every morning. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Porto.
