Great staff and a great atmosphere, sadly being a few hundred years old there was the minor inconvenience of not having air conditioning 😂
If you are planning a trip to this excellent hotel, do it direct and not through the Expedia ,who charged £50 more than the hotel invoice.

Difficult to describe - it's just an historic hotel in an ideal situation with excellent staff and very nice catering. Breakfast is first class.

Location is the best, central to everything. Relaxing lounge rooms to have a drink. The restaurant was a bit faulty towers but the food was very nice. Good fan provided in room which is needed during warm weather. Friendly staff, unique old building, would stay there again. Ludlow is a very nice village to walk around.

Excellent stay, nice big comfy bed, cosy room, only grievance I had was the windows, difficult to open & needed a clean on the outside bit as sash windows, didn't have breakfast, staff very helpful
