Once you agree to a time for breakfast you need to honor it. If you stay out unexpectedly late, you still need to get up. Not like a hotel breakfast.

We arrived a little later than planned but Sabrina was waiting for our call on arrival. Parking was handy & outside the property.
Room was great & bathroom was very clean.
Breakfast was super with coffee, juice, pastries & yogurt.
