Everyone was so nice and pleasant to deal with. They were very accommodating and the place was in good shape and looked like the pictures. The staff here are lovely and I would definitely recommend staying here.

The welcome was warm. The staff willingly stored our bags for the day upon our early arrival. The location was perfect. The room was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our overnight stay. When we mentioned not being able to take advantage of the breakfast in the cafe due to our early departure, a fully stocked picnic basket containing croissants, ham & cheese, yogurt, fresh fruit, orange juice, and milk was delivered to our room in the evening. We will definitely return if we find ourselves in Porto in the future.
