Great place.
My bed was quite comfortable and the other facilities were good too.
Friendly staff.
Near a convenient bus stop and not too far of a walk from Bergen downtown.
A grocery store is next door.

Checking in was easy. I never saw any of the employees, so I can't really rate them.
The room was larger than I had expected.
There's a microwave and refrigerator in the lobby, which makes it easy to heat meals.
The location isn't in any way "charming", but it's safe and close to public transportation.
