We had a wonderful stay at Komaneka at Rasa Sayang! The service here was truly impeccable, and the food was delicious. We enjoyed both the complimentary breakfast and the happy hour. The restaurant staff went above and beyond. They were incredibly attentive and more than happy to customize drinks for us (the smoothies were delicious!).
A standout moment of their incredible hospitality happened after we returned from our sunrise tour. We left the hotel at 2:00 AM and didn't return until 10:55 AM, just five minutes before breakfast was scheduled to close at 11:00 AM. Despite the timing, the staff was incredibly gracious, happy to accommodate us, and served us a great breakfast without making us feel rushed at all.
We also used the hotel's airport pickup and drop-off service, which went smoothly. Our driver, Yos, was courteous, helpful, and maintained a positive attitude. His driving was excellent, and the car was spotlessly clean.
Between the amazing staff, the delicious food, the beautiful grounds, and the seamless service, we cannot recommend this property enough!

This spectacular hotel/resort will always be our first choice for a stay in Ubud. Rooms are amazing, as are the kind and attentive staff, who personally address you by name after only one day. Location of the property is superb, right in amongst shops and restaurants, but set back from the road, making it tranquil and relaxed. This gem is the perfect place to stay in Ubud. We look forward to returning next year for our third stay.

Stunning retro-ish property with jungle vibes. Tropical plants hanging down from the corridors. Fantastic rooms, sublime pool! The staff is amazing. It is an oasis in central ubud. Delicious breakfast. Also they have a great hotel driver to book.
