The location is right on the boardwalk. Our room was as expected and clean. The people at the desk were extremely helpful and nice, friendly. The only drawback was vehicle parking.which I realized is a commodity in OC.

The entire staff was so nice and welcoming. Room was cleaner than expected for being an older hotel. Location was the absolute best! Parking was the only issue. Tight spaces and not a lot on property. Had to park in overflow a block away.
