Avis

I've been to many foreign countries so far. However, Futarishizuka Hakuun was the worst. The room, bathroom, and shower facilities were colder than the outside and very worst. My feet are very cold because it's an ice field on the floor, and there's no warmth even if I turn on the heater. I couldn't sleep at all, so I moved to another hotel nearby. If you pay a high price for this hotel, you'd rather book a hotel suite nearby. I thought it was too cold to sleep, so I asked for a check-out on the day I really can't forget the very angry situation at that time. They thought I would not understand Japanese because I am a foreigner. But unfortunately, I understood all the conversations they had in front of me while laughing at each other. Don't be rude and think foreigners won't understand. In particular, fat employee, please relearn about service training.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. The service was excellent, the room was spacious, and the food was fantastic- both dinner and breakfast (we went for half-board).
