It was perfect.

Our first trip to Crete couldn’t have been more perfect! We stayed in the Junior Suite with a private pool for five nights, and from the moment we arrived it truly felt like home.
The property is absolutely stunning! We actually found it hard to leave because it was so peaceful and beautiful. The private pool made our stay feel extra special, and every corner of the hotel was immaculate and thoughtfully designed.
One of the biggest surprises was the food. We had planned to explore different restaurants around the island, but the meals at the hotel were so delicious that we ended up eating most of our meals on the property. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Highly recommend the seafood orzo at Alati.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Everything about this place exceeded our expectations, and it made our first visit to Crete unforgettable.

The hotel is fantastic and the staff always went above and beyond. We dined à la cart every evening and they had great options for us (1x vegetarian and 1x vegan) and they remembered every time. We received a room upgrade on arrival and the private suite with its own pool was mind blowing and very private. We genuinely loved everything about the resort. The only minor suggestion is to offer a water sport or two (sailing catamaran or even a SUP). Otherwise fantastic and relaxing stay. We are desperate to go back already
