This was genuinely one of the best stays I’ve ever had. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating which made the stay feel even more special. Beautiful area right on the water and generally very walkable for wherever you’re going.

We stayed at the Kahala Resort and Hotel for three nights while exploring Yokohama with friends. It is a really great luxury hotel with plenty of amenities, good restaurants and excellent service. As with most things in Japan, everything was very clean and well maintained, and the people are very friendly, polite, and helpful.
We loved our stay at the hotel.
