Very clean rooms 🙌 you can literally smell how clean they are when you walk in.
Check-in is strictly at 3 PM. They’ll tell you they’ll message you if your room is ready earlier, but in my experience that never happened, so don’t expect early check-in.
Breakfast starts at 9 AM, which was a bit inconvenient for me since I had tours booked earlier on several days and ended up missing breakfast because of that.
Overall, it’s a great hotel with an excellent location, close to restaurants, bars, and malls.
One thing I didn’t like was being charged 16,000 COP for two coffee pods. I was never told they weren’t complimentary, so it was definitely an unpleasant surprise at checkout. I’ve stayed in many hotels and this was the first time I’ve seen a coffee machine in the room with charges for individual pods.
What made it more frustrating was that I only used one pod and left the other in the room, yet I was still charged for both.
The kitchen and all the amenities were a nice bonus.
