I totally enjoyed my stay and I would highly recommend this property!!! I enjoyed the pool and the poolside bar I loved my room my only issue was the shower but overall I loved the politeness of the staff. We were able to do our laundry the people do it for you … San Pedro is a beautiful place as well as Caye Chaulker…I will be back oh I choose the water taxi and the food was delicious Fry Jacks are a must try!!!

The stay started off a bit rough. The person who was supposed to pick us up from the Water Taxi was nowhere to be found. So we walked with all of our luggage to the hotel. The host did apologize. Later, when our group tried to shower, there was no hot water. It was freezing cold. The staff just ignored the issue until multiple guests complained. It was finally fixed by the evening. It was an okay place to stay. This place has a lot of potential; it just needs some updates.
