Solid 4 stars hotel with a great beach club which makes all the difference. The property is well maintained with very friendly staff.
Probably your best option in Buzios.

Everything was great except the shower. It changes temperature every 10 seconds making it almost impossible to have a nice shower.
The beach club is really good!

Be ready for a few steps up and down the hotel. If you have difficulty walking, or you are an elderly person, I would not recommend staying here. Otherwise, it is a great hotel and location.
