Lovely, clean and warm. Ideal location for the train and a walk to the beach. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely book again.

This was a gem of a find just steps from the firth at Irvine. Lots of little shops nearby and a huge shopping mall just a 10 minute walk away.

Lovely clean and quiet room. Parking on street but plenty. Guest house /pub round the corner nice and cozy. Great find and a pleasant change from chain hotels. Excellent place
