I would not stay here again. On the morning of 17 September, after the second night of a three-night stay, I left the apartment at about 9am. I had not checked out, I still had another night booked, and I left the apartment locked. When I returned later that day, I discovered that cleaning staff had entered the apartment and removed essentially all of my belongings. Clothes, toiletries, laptop accessories and other personal possessions had simply disappeared from an apartment I was still occupying. I had not requested cleaning and had given no indication that I had checked out. The property subsequently acknowledged that the cleaners had apparently entered by mistake. For a period, neither I nor the property seemed to know where my possessions actually were. Eventually the cleaners were contacted and my belongings were returned stuffed into a bag. Even then, not everything came back: a beer from the fridge, a disposable razor and two dental floss harps were missing. The missing items were worth very little, but that completely misses the point. Staff entered a locked, occupied apartment, removed a guest’s personal possessions without permission, temporarily lost control of them, and then failed to return everything. That is an extraordinary failure of basic accommodation management and guest security. Instead of enjoying my final day in Bari, I had to spend part of it trying to establish where my belongings had gone. I then spent my final night knowing that staff had a

Great place located in the best area of Bari. Great host!

Location was 5+ right in the middle of beautiful Old town. Couldnt ask for more regarding this. Host and check in was very smooth and a plus that we were able to place our bags inside before check in because of an early flight. The room, it had a mouldy smell that took over the whole apartment. Impossible to get rid of and it was really strong. Curtains had lots of stains on it, the kitchen had one wine glass and one water glass. Shower curtain was mouldy and black mouldy spots in the bathroom cealing. No pressure from the shower, wich i can understand since its old town and old plumbing but hardly a Mist shower - more like some drips. The place need some freshing up then it has high potential.
