The rooms were clean and the staff were really friendly. The A/C wasn’t very good - if you’re sensitive to heat be wary. Their taxi driver for the airport shuttle was hostile toward me and demanded a tip. I told the hotel and they told me they terminated his contract with them.
They gave me free coffee and were incredibly kind. I felt like they became friends at that point. I think I stayed about 8 nights.
There are some rules - no guests overnight past 10 PM. A bit odd to me as an American. Anyways, love them!

Here’s a polished version of your review:
It wasn’t technically a hotel—it was more like a small hostel. There was no lobby and no iron available, and the rooms were quite small. However, the management and staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Their excellent service made more comfortable

Hotel is in a very convenient location, right off of Taksim Square. It's a 6-7 minute walk to the Taksim Havaist bus stop, which is the primary reason I booked it. Also very close to the tram and metro (5 min walk). Definitely a busy area so keep that in mind. I really appreciated how accommodating the staff was in allowing me to check-in early! Very kind of them. The ceilings are tall and the room is spacious as well.
