Staff were very help full and of you join their rewards scheme you get to check out at 12. In the morning there OSS a complimentary breakfast and cocktail in the evening.

I love this hotel! They offer complementary snacks and drinks throughout a day and happy hours for wine and Champagne and rice soup as night snack 8-10 pm. I also loved their breakfast, with fee but worth it.
The hotel has a hot spring bath, I loved it.

Rooms and overall property very clean. Complimentary wine (red & white), champagne, juices, and appetizers offered between 5:00 - 7:00 pm is a bonus. Will definitely try other Intergate Hotels around Japan.
