Superb stay. Would definitely stay again.

Overall, a good hotel for the price in a great neighborhood. It was clean and well-maintained, and the spa was very nice and beautiful.
The staff were friendly, but some information could have been communicated more clearly. When we asked about access to the spa, it was explained in a way that made it sound like the fee was a one-time payment and that we could return as often as we wanted. After purchasing the ticket, we found out that it was only valid for a single visit. This may have been a misunderstanding, but a clearer explanation of the spa access and pricing would have been appreciated.
It should also be explained more clearly that housekeeping only comes upon request. When we noticed that our room had not been cleaned, we contacted the staff and were told that housekeeping would come. Unfortunately, no one showed up, which was disappointing.
That said, we had a pleasant stay overall and would recommend the hotel for its location, cleanliness, and spa facilities.

Good location in a quiet area, still close to centre. Serviceminded staff.
SPA-area was amazing and not crowded at all when we were there. Unfortunately the massages were not available during our stay.
Waited some time to get bathrobes to the SPA-area. We did not know or understand the room-cleaning policies and was not informed that we needed to explicitly ask for the room to be cleaned and get clean towels/toilet paper.
