Nice clean place. Very friendly staff. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Our family of four fit in reasonably well, although the room did seem bigger in the pictures.
Nijo castle is very close, but for everything else we took an Uber. Location is not very central, but close enough to, say, Kamo river.
All in all, a very pleasant experience.

The property was really nice and quiet and we really appreciate that!

Loved the room layout and amenities ( kitchenette, utensils, washer/dryer, bunk beds for the kids). Location is 10 mins walking from Nijo castle and 5 mins from Sanjo market for casual evening stroll and dinner. Not that close to any station particularly but we used 'go' app for the tourist spots and so enjoyed more laid back location.

Our stay was beyond our expectations. The staff is very helpful and kind and made sure to make our stay as comfortable and stress free as possible. Room is very clean and well equipped. Location is great as it is well connected to the public transport.
