Big shout out to all three staff members who assisted me - Theo, Stefano and Eliani. All so helpful beyond the norm with reservations, helping me sort out my ferry issues, recommendations for meals. The hotel was fine and in a great central location but the staff made it 5 star! Thanks so much!
