A fantastic stay yet again. I have stayed here the last few years while attending a conference. All the staff were great and amazing selection of food for breakfast and for late night snacks. I will be back again next year

Gina and staff were warm and friendly. When our toilet clogged, we got upgraded. When we needed a delayed checkout, they accommodated. We had a fire for a cold night and got delicious eggs and crispy bacon for breakfast. Highly recommend for those lovers of all things Italian.

This was the best lodging I've ever had in Chicago. Not sure I'd stay on Michigan Ave or in the Loop after this. A heartfelt thanks to the owners who trust the guests with such amenities.
