What a wonderful hotel! I highly recommend it.

The room was a loft and it was clean and quiet. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Ivan was extra helpful and getting everything arranged.
Simple and efficient hotel. A couple of things to be aware of: there are steps up into the main area of the room, along with stairs up to the loft.
Loved the bikes!!! They really make it easy to get around and enjoy the city. Easy!
A few things that could have been better :
The air conditioner struggled to cool the room down. It felt as if it was low on refrigerant. They sent maintenance to assess; but there wasn't much difference. The room heats up in the late afternoon. They offered to move me to another room - but since i was checking out the following morning, i declined as it would have been a lot more work to pack, unpack and head out in the early am. I opened the windows and it cooled down upstairs.
Lastly- the windows REALLY need to be cleaned. A cool view but dirt, moss, etc on the windows takes away from it all.
