Very nice room. Air conditioner worked great all night. Only issue was the ramp for wheeling the luggage cart isn’t really a ramp so you have to lift the cart to get it up. We had a lot of stuff in our cart but thankfully a young gentleman came and offered to help.

We showed up from Canada for the 250th Birthday of America on July 4th to check in.
The girl working (who did an AMAZING JOB) had 1 day of training before being left on her own. And she only found out she wasn't fully trained when she tried helping us switch rooms because the room we checked into (Room 310) smelled wet and musty. She moved us to 209, but didn't have the training to do it, so she called a co-worker and they figured it out.
They were both AMAZING!
The hotel details on Expedia do not mention that the pool and hot tub are out of order due to a crack. It is veing repaired, however we specifically booked this hotel for both.
Also, the hotel details on Expedia indicate that the automatic pancake maker was a feature breakfast item. Also broken.
I did notice they used to win awards featurd behind the front desk. But that seems like a long time ago or perhaps not with the current management. It will take a bit of money to upgrade this hotel, but the room price was fair.
