Everything was great. Staff very polite, prompt and helpful. Location: excellent. Air conditioning was very good. The apartment was very clean. The elevator is a genuine work of art. The transfer from the airport was also quick and easy.

Great for what we needed it for, clean, hot water, beautifully decorated and close to shops, restaurants and train station. Great clean safe neighborhood

Very clean hotel spacious the Staff very helpful. Happy to have stayed here.

We recently stayed here and can’t fault it, the room we had was lovely, small but plenty of space for a couple! We had a balcony room which we loved. The bed and pillows were super comfortable as well. It’s quite a few stairs to get up to the rooms but there is a lift, we didn’t use it though as it looked very old! The owner was great, even though we didn’t really see many staff the whole trip they were really amazing at contacting us and giving us all the info we needed via the chat service they use. It’s in a great area, super close to Termini station and within walking distance of most big monuments, around 20 mins to colosseum, trevi fountain etc.. only thing that let it down was that the coffee machine was broken and leaked a bit so would be good to get that fixed! Thanks for our stay!
