Although at first glance you think "OMG" this place looks shady...Give it a chance. It is quaint with everything you need; front desk Ruby & Aya & Rachel are so good; Maintenance man- so helpful & fast; The housekeepers very friendly. There's a pool; a live old-timer band playing hawaiian music was enjoyable; laundry room; store next door; bbq local food place 2 doors down (Hanul BBQ)- best Kalbi around; Poke shop 3 doors down- it was a really pleasant experience.
Thank you!

I love everything but one thing, since there is kitchen I suggest a center peace with salt, etc on the table.
