The property itself and the room were beautiful—clean, well-designed, and exactly as pictured, which made for a comfortable stay overall. However, the experience was affected by a few key issues. The pool was under maintenance during my visit, which created a lot of noise throughout the day. Check-in was also disappointing, as the staff weren’t very helpful. I’d hope for better service.

This is a lovely little boutique hotel in Hoi An, close to the river and the ancient town
The property and rooms are really nice, breakfast is great (I'm Vegan and they had a vegetarian menu available which I could order off) and the staff are amazing! They were so helpful and friendly throughout my stay and helped me to organise excursions etc. Want to give a special mention to Hanna who was so lovely and made me feel so welcome at the hotel! Thank you for making my time in Hoi An so special

2 connected rooms for my family of 4 were great with 2 bathrooms. staff were very friendly and gave lots of information for our stay and travelling, especially Hanna and Monney. breakfast included was simple but good for relaxing morning before we started our day. location was great as quieter but still walking distance from ancient town, with many spas nearby to end our day. will love to come back if we visit hoian again.
