The stay was amazing, extremely close to Nagoya Station, so getting to our Shinkansen was a breeze. They had the best variety of amenities among all the hotels we stayed at. The food was superb and the staff were extremely helpful. When we come back to Nagoya we would definitely stay again!

Great place, amazing staff that open the elevator for you and help with anything you might need, clean, tons of amenities, awesome rooms, fancy shower heads and blow dryers.
Not the hotels fault, but it will be even better to stay there once the construction in front of Nagoya station is finished.
