Beautiful hotel. Smells amazing as soon as you enter the stunning reception area. Reception staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was perfectly fitting for my week stay for a work trip.
Service staff on level 13 roof top bar need to to be more attentive. Gym clean and reasonably equipped as was the pool area. Local amenities quite good from food options to laundry, etc all good. Breakfast options could be improved and replenished better and the coffee really isn’t great. Maybe the quality of beans could be improved?

Overall, a good stay. Hotel is clean and staff friendly. Rooms are clean, basic. Mattress is showing signs of aging, not good support in the middle. Only 1 coffee shop for food and is quite average. Gym is a bit small so it feels quite crowded if 4-5 people in it already.

Love this hotel. Highly recommend
Only issue is housekeeping knocked on my door numerous times each morning even though I had the Do Not Disturb alert on.
