8 / 10Excellent·mai 2026
Location is excellent, next to covered shopping streets, near tram line, walking distance to castle. Staff were very helpful and professional. Room was pretty spacious for a business-style hotel. Breakfast buffet was very good, with some local specialties added — need a toaster that actually toasts, though. Breakfast staff were super hardworking and polite. Overall, a solid choice and good value for the money for our two night stay in Kumamoto.

They had a breakfast buffet available. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only problem was the lack of hypoallergenic bedding (I'm allergic to down). Other than that, it was a great place to stay

I visited Kumamoto for business and had stayed 2 nights. Overall quality was good and met the price. It is located just in the shopping street - great location with convenient access to restaurants, shops, convenient stores, Starbucks, tram station, bus station, event venues, Kumamoto castle, and Kumamon statue! Will stay again next time. Highly recommended.
