Hero Beach Club

We had a wonderful stay at Hero Beach Club and will definitely be back! The location is unbeatable—right next to the beach and within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We also loved the thoughtful complimentary wellness gifts in the room and the nightly s’mores, which were such a fun touch. It’s a fantastic place for families and has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The biggest area for improvement is the bathrooms. They definitely need updating. The paint was peeling, and there wasn’t much privacy because the bathroom only had a half curtain instead of a fully enclosed bathroom door. We also thought the complimentary breakfast could offer a bit more variety. Overall, the outstanding staff, clean rooms, amazing location, and family-friendly amenities far outweighed the negatives. We had a great experience and look forward to staying at Hero Beach Club again.

Had a wonderful time! Glad we booked a luxury king this time around, room was comfortable and had a private porch.

Such a nice stay! A true Montauk vacation. Best hotel I’ve stayed in town and I’ve been coming to Montauk since I was a baby, I am almost 22 now ♥️

We really enjoyed our stay at Hero Beach. The location is perfect - the beach is right across the street and town is less than a ten-minute walk. The beach loungers and umbrella were a great convenience. The hotel itself was clean and the room was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds were also lovely - we appreciated the firepits and lots of areas to hang out and relax. Was a little expensive, especially after Labor Day, but we really enjoyed the stay!
