Internally the room was clean & presentable. No difference from previous stays.
Very disappointed the elevator was not working, considering having to climb to the top floor with heavy luggage.
Ouside balcony was in dire need of painting!
Cleaning staff where exceptional, and other staff very friendly.

The hotel is clean and very simple,
I liked having access to a full kitchen although this hotel is a bit far from the main attractions of Cancun and playa del Carmen if you do not rent a car. The staff was very nice .

It was about 7pm. There was no staff, the door was locked when we arrived, no communication before, and no one answering Waht’s app phone calls and texting. We only had eSIM. We waited half hour there and luckily other clients walked by and help make a call to the host, finally got in.
