Dalegarth Guest House was exceptional. We had a wonderful stay. Lovely comfortable room, great breakfast and excellent welcoming hosts. Beautiful location with lovely views of the lake and garden. We would definitely visit again.

Room was clean and tidy, staff were friendly. Perfect locale for catbells with nice country pub down the road less than 5 minutes away and close to the lake. Breakfast was definitely worth it. Enjoyed my stay.

Last minute booking at Dalegarth house. Craig & Claire were very accommodating allowing us to check in early & park the car so we could do a walk straight from Portinscale. Lovely house, cakes on arrival & great breakfast. Would definitely recommend & will stay again
